1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User") and kaya96 ("Platform", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the kaya96 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement.

kaya96 operates under international licensing and provides online betting services including online slots, live casino, sports betting, and mix parlay to eligible users. The platform is built specifically to meet the needs of Malaysian players, with a Malay-language interface and local payment methods.

2. User Eligibility

To register for and use kaya96's services, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits participation in online betting activities.
• Not be subject to any sports ban or legal restriction that prevents participation in betting activities.

kaya96 reserves the right at any time to require users to prove their eligibility by submitting valid identification documents such as a national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other relevant supporting documents. Accounts that fail to complete the verification process within the specified period may be suspended or terminated.

3. Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one account. Holding multiple accounts by the same individual — including using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances or bonuses.

Users are fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided during registration. False or misleading information may result in account termination without prior notice. kaya96 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the user.

Account passwords must be kept secure. kaya96 will not be responsible for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from the user's own negligence in protecting their login details.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

kaya96 supports a range of payment methods popular among Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC, and ETH.

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM30, regardless of the payment method chosen. No processing fees are charged on deposits.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is RM50. The estimated withdrawal processing time is between 5 to 30 minutes after the request is submitted and confirmed.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise stated.
• kaya96 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal that exceeds the set limits.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be used for betting in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• kaya96 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

kaya96 offers various promotions to users, including a welcome bonus for new members. All bonuses are subject to their specific terms and conditions and must be read together with this document.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a first deposit bonus of 100% up to RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus value before any withdrawal of those bonus funds is permitted.

For example: If you deposit RM100, you will receive a RM100 bonus, bringing your account balance to RM200. The wagering requirement is RM100 × 20 = RM2,000, which must be reached before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per user, household, and IP address.
• kaya96 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including the use of multiple accounts or hedge betting strategies, may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the kaya96 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Users are responsible for ensuring that betting details are accurate before confirmation is made.

kaya96 reserves the right to cancel or correct any bet placed on an incorrect outcome, due to a technical error, or under unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the bet amount will be returned to the user's account.

For sports betting, the odds displayed include the platform's commission. kaya96 uses third-party sports data providers and is not responsible for any inaccuracies in data received from those providers.

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to engage in any conduct that threatens the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to interfere with platform operations.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system.
• Spreading misleading or false information about the kaya96 platform.
• Using the platform for any unlawful activity, including money laundering.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN or identity-masking software to circumvent regional restrictions.

A breach of any of the above rules may result in immediate action including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

Users have the right to close their account at any time by contacting the kaya96 support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all valid cash balances (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be transferred to the user.

kaya96 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Confirmation that the user does not meet the age or regional eligibility requirements.
• Fraud, suspicious activity, or serious breach of terms.
• The user's own request for self-exclusion in relation to responsible gambling.
• An order or request from a competent authority.

9. Liability Limits

10. Amendments to Terms

kaya96 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is considered acceptance of the amended terms.

For significant amendments, kaya96 will endeavour to notify users via in-platform notifications or registered email, though such notice is not a legal obligation.

11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which kaya96 is internationally licensed. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties.

If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within a reasonable time, both parties agree to refer the dispute to binding arbitration under the applicable international arbitration rules. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
